Job Details

Christy Media Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading outside broadcast company that has an exciting permanent opportunity for a Media Support Engineer, to join its team based in the South East of England.

Working as a Media Support Engineer, you will focus on supporting the company’s entire digital media workflow, taking responsibility for any faults that occur, identifying the causes and resolving them as quickly and efficiently as possible, to ensure the needs of business are continually met.

You will also be involved in designing changes to the workflow, producing detailed costings for projects and installing and commissioning the systems within agreed budgets.

Applicants should have a technical broadcast or post production engineering background, with experience of digital media workflows including Adobe Premiere Pro and media asset management (MAM) systems. You should also have hands-on experience of IP networks and infrastructures, with any additional knowledge of media archiving systems, NAS, EVS and file-based video delivery tools being highly advantageous.

This position is predominantly Monday to Friday hours, but will require occasional travel, so candidates should have a flexible approach. You should also have a current, full EU driving licence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned broadcast company and support state of the art video facilities.

Please note that the client cannot provide visa sponsorship, so candidates must already be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.   If you feel you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role, then apply now.
